5 Autoimmune Tribe Recipes

Last week, I shared the new Autoimmune Tribe resources page with you. This page includes many amazing cookbooks brainstormed by professional chefs, home cooks, and people just like you who are on their path towards wellness (and tired of eating the same thing every day). This week, I want to share some of my favorite recipes with you!

BUT FIRST… a note on diet and nutrition: Many of you subscribe to the autoimmune protocol diet, and others of you are paleo, while others might not label themselves as any type of eater (or maybe you’re vegan or vegetarian). The list of labels is pretty much endless. In order to provide clarity, and make you feel supported, I’ll label all the recipes with tags (#aip, #glutenfree, #paleo, #vegan #vegetarian). See one that is missing? Just email me and let me know 🙂 I’m happy to include it.

This brings me to my next point (and disclaimer), which is that I don’t label myself or my diet under just one of these. I’ve done elimination diets, allergy tests, and tried many different ‘nutrition prescriptions’ which have led me to a very individualized way of eating. This is the same approach I take with my clients as well. We all have different needs and the #aip way of life simply doesn’t work for everyone, especially if you are fighting co-infections or stress (read a great article on that HERE). If you happen to be curious about what I do/don’t eat, I’m happy to share with you 😉
