Faux Coffee Recipe
For all you ladies who get too much anxiety from coffee, or are sticking to the autoimmune paleo protocol, or just want the coffee flavor with out the same caffeine high and low.
-1 packet Roasted Dandelion Root Tea
-Collagen Protein Powder (this is my favorite)
-1 T Coconut oil
-1 t L-Glutamine
-1 T Maca Root Powder
-Cinnamon to taste
-Coconut Milk Creamer to taste (homemade recipe here)
1. Boil tea and brew tea.
2. Add rest of the ingredients to your blender, add tea when ready.
3. Blend together and serve! More blending= more froth
